NOTICE
This Legal Notice applies to Foward Moving LLC (“Company”), a business providing physical distribution, logistics consulting, transportation coordination, supply-chain support, and related business services.
All services provided by Foward Moving LLC are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, contractual agreements, and the specific terms and conditions established between the Company and its customers, clients, vendors, contractors, and business partners.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Foward Moving LLC may provide services involving the processing, coordination, management, distribution, movement, storage, handling, or logistical support of goods and materials, as well as logistics consulting and related services.
The Company reserves the right to establish service requirements, operating procedures, pricing, scheduling requirements, customer responsibilities, and other terms applicable to its services.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers and clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the proper performance of requested services, including information concerning shipments, goods, delivery requirements, addresses, quantities, dimensions, special handling requirements, and applicable restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods tendered for transportation, distribution, storage, handling, or related services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Foward Moving LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services involving goods, activities, or requests that the Company reasonably believes may violate applicable law, regulations, contractual requirements, or Company policies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foward Moving LLC shall not be responsible for losses, delays, damages, costs, or expenses arising from circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, accidents, third-party actions, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or other events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Any limitation of liability, claim procedure, insurance requirement, or responsibility for loss or damage may also be governed by the applicable service agreement, bill of lading, contract, written quotation, or other governing document.
Nothing in this notice is intended to waive any right or obligation that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
LOGISTICS CONSULTING
Information and recommendations provided by Foward Moving LLC as part of logistics consulting services are intended to assist clients with operational planning and decision-making.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, consulting services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, engineering, insurance, or other professional advice requiring a separately licensed professional.
Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions and for obtaining any specialized professional or regulatory advice appropriate to their circumstances.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, documents, procedures, reports, business methods, written content, and other proprietary materials developed or provided by Foward Moving LLC in connection with its services may constitute the Company's proprietary or confidential information and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the scope authorized by the Company.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Foward Moving LLC may receive confidential business, operational, customer, vendor, shipment, pricing, or logistical information in connection with providing its services. The Company will handle such information in accordance with applicable law and any applicable written confidentiality or service agreements.
GOVERNING LAW
This Legal Notice and the Company's services shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law, except to the extent that a separate written agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires a different jurisdiction.
